
PBM IT Solutions Announces Cisco Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award for 6th Consecutive Year
PBM IT Solutions, a Cisco Gold Certified Partner, announced that it has received Cisco’s Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award for 2009. This marks the 6th consecutive year that PBM has earned Cisco’s highest award for Customer satisfaction within the Cisco Channel Partner Program.
PBM is pleased to be recognized as one of the elite Cisco Partners that have achieved this status in the United States. This distinction of excellence is awarded to the top performing 5 percent of Cisco’s Channel Partners, and is based upon surveys and assessments completed by Customers of PBM.
The designation is reflected inside Cisco’s Partner Locator tool and differentiates PBM from its fellow Cisco Partners. Both commercial and enterprise organizations along with Cisco personnel searching for a best in class Cisco Partner will be guided by this distinction of excellence.
